NOTE: Because our fabric is pre-shrunk, certain leggings and other garment styles may run small. That's why it’s best to order a size or two larger than you usually wear to ensure a perfect fit.
In addition, coated fabric, such as our gold-leaf metallic, will generally have less stretch than uncoated. Any time a textile is coated it will have less "give" as the coating inhibits the natural flow of the fabric.

LA SOCIETY RETURN GUIDELINES
First, for returns/refunds, use our Online Returns Link to get a Return Authorization Number and Return Department Address Label.
*Items bought with Free Shipping that were not discounted by over 50% can be returned and your return shipping costs will be refunded, too. If your order was discounted over 50%, returns may not be accepted, but exchanges are.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you ship it back to us. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. LA Society will automatically refund your postage fee as shown on your Return Label (up you to $20 for return postage costs) upon receipt of the item. If your return postage and VAT fees / Import Fees Deposit costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request an additional refund of the remaining postage cost (proof of postage purchase required).
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*Returns are also paid by the customer if purchased through special cross-brand promotion in which the discount is over 50%.
Sale items discounted over 50% cannot be returned for a refund—only an exchange.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If a product is defective, damaged, or doesn't fit you, we will replace it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return unless you notify us first by email to email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may or may not be non-refundable, depending on your individual situation (*see details above in return policy). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Please notify us first by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your case.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there are obvious blemishes or damages that do not match the condition of your item when it was shipped by us.
If you're package was stolen, misdelivered, or not delivered to you for whatever reason, we will open up a case with the carrier used to solve the issue. This can take up to 2 weeks for the carrier to investigate the case, and another 5 business days for us to reach out to you with an answer. In the event that the carrier verifies that the mail has been stolen, we can either issue you a refund or ship another order to you.
We highly recommend opening up a case with the carrier that shipped your products as it will speed up the overall process of solving any issues.
