NOTE: Because our fabric is pre-shrunk, certain leggings and other garment styles may run small. That's why it’s best to order a size or two larger than you usually wear to ensure a perfect fit.
In addition, coated fabric, such as our gold-leaf metallic, will generally have less stretch than uncoated. Any time a textile is coated it will have less "give" as the coating inhibits the natural flow of the fabric.

LA SOCIETY RETURN GUIDELINES
First, for returns/refunds please email us at email@example.com with your order number and any other details included.
*Items bought that were not discounted by over 50% can be returned for free—we will email you a return label.
*If your order was discounted over 50%, returns may not be accepted, but exchanges always are.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you ship it back to us if you're out of the country. However, if we issue a return shipping label for you, it normally takes less than 5 days to reach us. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center and inspected for any flaws, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and another 2-3 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. If we notice any flaws or signs of usage will we reach out to you with further details.
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if something is particularly concerning we can work with you in making sure you're a happy shopper!
*Returns are also paid by the customer if purchased through special cross-brand promotion in which the discount is over 50%.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for any incoming or pending transactions.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LA SOCIETY EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
If a product is defective, damaged, or doesn't fit you, we will replace it. Please email email@example.com for inquiries.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return unless you notify us first by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will pay for your shipping costs for returning your item. However, if your product shows signs of flaws or noticeable wear, our cost of shipping may be taken out of your refund if a refund is still taking place. Please notify us first by email to email@example.com to discuss your case.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or there might be blemishes or damages that do not match the condition of your item when it was shipped by us.
If you're package was stolen, misdelivered, or not delivered to you for whatever reason, we will open up a case with the carrier used to solve the issue. This can take up to 2 weeks for the carrier to investigate the case, and another 5 business days for us to reach out to you with an answer. In the event that the carrier verifies that the mail has been stolen, we can either issue you a refund or ship another order to you.
We highly recommend opening up a case with the carrier that shipped your products as it will speed up the overall process of solving any issues.
